A HEARTFELT GRATITUDE TO EVERYONE
Our Way Of Saying Thank You and Maraming Salamat!
Dear Members, Partners, Friends, and the Filipino Community,
As we close the end of 2025, my heart is filled with deep gratitude, pride, and hope. This year has been a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when community, culture, and compassion come together. On behalf of the Fil-Can Cultural Heritage Society, thank you for walking alongside us, believing in our mission, and being part of a year that truly mattered.
Throughout 2025, we were honoured to participate in meaningful initiatives that celebrated Filipino heritage, strengthened community ties, and uplifted one another during challenging times. From the vibrant energy of the Lapu-Lapu Block Party, to the meaningful conversations sparked by the Inarte film showing, to the unity and teamwork seen at the Drive and Dish Basketball Tournament and the Mayor Brenda Locke Basketball Tournament, each event reflected the strength and resilience of our community. Our participation in the Indo-Pacific event and our Honouring Community Champions initiative allowed us to recognize leadership, service, and shared values that bind us together as Filipinos and as Canadians.
None of these moments would have been possible without the generosity, leadership, and unwavering support of individuals, organizations, and community partners who believed in our vision.
